Will installation damage my wall tiles?
No. Our professional installers use diamond-tip drill bits to create clean, precise holes without cracking your tiles. The steel brackets are mounted securely using the same method commonly used for heavy fixtures like water heaters. If you ever choose to remove them, the holes can be easily filled with colour-matched grout or tile repair paste, leaving your bathroom looking neat and tidy.
Is it safe? How much weight can it hold?
Safety is the first thing we test. The brackets are load-rated steel anchored into concrete, and the fabric is engineered for the combined weight of a full tub of water and an adult. Full weight specs will be shared before launch.
Does it fit a typical HDB bathroom?
Yes, that’s exactly who we designed it for. Sized perfectly for standard HDB and condo layout dimensions, We'll provide exact measurements and a complimentary on-site home assessment to confirm the fit before you commit to a single cent.
